Email Notifications

You receive private email messages from Basis Platform about your campaign. Vendors receive an email when an agency contact sends you an RFP, proposal update, or IO. Agency contacts receive emails when a vendor responds to those events. As an account user, you (agency and vendor contacts) also receive a message when a vendor responds to the proposals or IO.

When you reply back to a Basis Platform account team member from your private email, a copy of the communication appears in your message center.

The Activity and Notification feeds provide all campaign event information. Selecting the link launches you to information about the event. In the Messages center, you also have the option to send private emails to agency and vendor users. You select the "Mail To" option to send general messages.
